In 1996 I started my professional career at a local bank as a teller and worked my way up to Branch Manager.  My responsiblities consisted of customer service, retail banking, lending, business development and management.  I specialized in offering alternative solutions in a declining interest rate market with fixed annuity products to better serve bank customers.  

In 2013, I served the community as an insurance agent where I specialized in filling the needs of the senior market.  In 2017, I became an agent with American Senior Benefits, an independent insurance broker where I market under my business Klug Insurance Agency LLC.  My focus expanded to various markets, allowing me to better serve my clients best interests and financial planning by having access to a broad portfolio of products with A rated companies.  I opened my office in downtown Merrill in November 2023 and will be focusing on all age groups, bringing awareness of what added value I can bring to the community.
